AKFLY
It appears that these shafts will be marketed in the U.S. as you can buy them direct from GD's web site. Are there any U.S. dealers out there that are currently carrying the line ? I hope there is a direct correlation in price as the GD site sell the YS series for like $115 vs. Golfsmith at $49. One can only hope that the Tour AD retail price is not $380. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

How about some more input on these shafts- Are they not one of the top shafts on the Japan Tour ? I love my YS9.1 in my 3 wood - but got brain washed on Fuji. Godfather1
Like Chris I don't think the m series will be out soon. A rep told me if I can get any of the m series shafts somewhere else I should.
+TourSpecGolfer
Very nice stuff, I have owned both these shafts, TS girl plays the W60 in stiff and hits it further than any R flex she can find :-D The W60 is great for a slicer it turns over nice and smooth with little effort. Its best qualities are its tight mid/high trajectory and its ease of use. The W70 is very much the same thing with some extra weight, these shafts are BIG on the JPGA, the best Graphite Design is far ahead of Fuji in count, If you take a look at the Japan brands they offer very few Fuji's for example new X-Drive, W404 etc.. The new M series is snappy and hot, available in great weight/torque combo's too. Mitsubishi is coming back big time this year, The Diamana Stinger is the best shaft I have ever hit in my life. There are lil Gems that will pop up in the B/S/T that most of you miss. These items sell out in Japan quick usually about 3 days to a week. #0 Tourstage proto head #1 Diamana Stinger #2 Fourteen proto wedge set #3 2004 v.2 Maruyama wedges #4 Gauge Japan J.A.T style putter #5 X-Drive 365cc
noraagolfs
TOURSPEC, Do you have any info on a GD TOUR AD JYS 6.5 STIFF. I tend to slice when I miss, I was hoping it would play like the W60 you refered to. THANKS, AARON
MGB
I was on their website and it appears that the shafts are already available over there. The I-65's going for a srp of $420! :surprize: Of course it won't sell for that, but still! :surprize: I'm a big fan of the YS-6 and YS-7. I think they're the best bang for the buck out there. Guest
The new M series is snappy and hot, available in great weight/torque combo's too. When you say snappy & hot do you mean better suited for a hitter?

When you say snappy & hot do you mean better suited for a hitter? I swing out my shoes but don't generate any power :wah: and I can only tell you my experience with it was it felt like it kicked through the ball in the impact zone, i honestly felt like i was adding h/s but i for sure didn't get that feeling with every swing. M65 that is.
