January 8, 200520 yr Man they look great there go my hoing sickness again. Whats the face progression spec on them Chris thanks.
January 8, 200520 yr they look nice! have you hit them yet chris? if you have are they similar to the 201 series and how do they compare to the gauge mbs?
January 9, 200520 yr Author Dont know have not hit them yet, by the way they look I am guessing they will be a good fit for me. I was looking for a CB with good feel and a small profile, Tourstage always makes great Irons, with such a basic design that looks extremely logical I will drop the cash to find out.
January 9, 200520 yr I was thinking of getting those, but I'm going to wait for the golf fair in feb. to make a decision. What tech. do those have tungsten?
January 9, 200520 yr Author I was thinking of getting those, but I'm going to wait for the golf fair in feb. to make a decision. What tech. do those have tungsten? They have 2 tungsten ( hidden in sole) weights per head and turbo rubber, other than that just what looks to be a very user friendly design. Your a smart man for waiting till after the show, but beware that show might drive some of us into Ho overload.
January 9, 200520 yr Author Hey ya know what, I'm not totally positive they are tungsten weights. Sometimes tourstage has these circles on the sole does anyone know what they are?
January 10, 200520 yr Sticks looks SWEET~~~ It looks like a easier to hit version of Z101... let us know how it goes with these, Chris~ :-)
January 10, 200520 yr I assume, these will take the place of the xbladecbs? Which would you consider the more forgiving of the two? Thank you
January 10, 200520 yr Author I assume, these will take the place of the xbladecbs? Which would you consider the more forgiving of the two? Thank you No the X-Series is safe, this is of a different series and I would assume the ViQ is more forgiving.
January 10, 200520 yr I hit these on a launch monitor in Taiwan recently when over on business. With the graphite shaft installed these suckers were exploding off the club face with a good high launch. Definitely 1000% easier to hit than the Z-101's. Looks good from address to ME. To give you all an idea, the Z-101's inspire zero confidence in me. And I hit them low and crap. There are some really good prices floating around on these clubs. I was told that they are a superceded model. But that's Taiwan, I cant be certain of that. Check out http://www.golf-revenge.com/shop/info.cgi?id=b1042
January 10, 200520 yr Those are the old viq irons the new ones are suppose to be more of a player cb. The only thing I think holding me back from these is that you can't customize the sw or get heads only d0-d1 seems a bit light to me. Everytime I look at these they look better.
January 10, 200520 yr While I think the Z101's are very easy to hit, these look like a cross between the X CB's and the 202's. They look great and with a good sole to keep from digging. Looks like a winner to me. Chris, why only offer the 5-Wedge in the catalog? It looks like the long irons would be cake.
January 10, 200520 yr those are sweet looking sticks. I'm sure FAQ will have them within a year. lol. Nice straight leading edge and nice grind on the sole.
