Just got mine. Very beautiful in person. I would describe the color as titanium in terms of color. Nice matte finish w/ a subdued hue. I have wanted a Gauge One style putter for a while, and have done very well with the Gauge SM490A, but aesthetically this is the putter I have been looking for. Hope I can putt as well with it as the other.

Thanks guys... I will knock a few on the carpet tonight and do a quick comparison. I will also take some better pics. Thanks to FAQ for help w/ the pictures :cool:

Will do... give me a day or so. Putted a fe on the carpet, and that 490 insert is the real deal. Overall, it is not quite as soft as the SM490A, but I think it provides more feedback. I will probably hack it down to 33" to match the SM490A, which gets me right into my preferred setup. More pics to follow...

would love a comparison pic between it & the SM490A too :whistle:

Sweet putter :cool: I've got a Balde coming. Loved the look of that putter but the insert scared me a little as I'm not used to putting with them.

How does the insert compare to others that are out there is it a firm of a softer insert? That is a really good looking putter. :cool:
