April 16, 200519 yr they look awesome....will they play similar to the blades chris? what is the main benefit of the hand made....feel?
April 17, 200519 yr Author The retail version is called the NC-1 The Studio Version is very limited and features a more rounded and progressive weight area in the back of each iron. Notice how the CNC milling is rounder and lower on the long Irons, that promotes a lower center of gravity where its needed most. I have not hit the Studio's yet, I have only hit the NC-1's and they were as expected " Awesome ". Studio Pics
April 17, 200519 yr Author what is the price of the nc1 ans the price of the h.made I could only secure two sets of the H.Mades, one is mine, and the other looks like its going to a member. The NC-1's will be the same price as the MB's.
April 23, 200519 yr Hi, Just curious as to whether you think these are more or less forvinging than the Gauge cavity backs from last year. Also, if you have compared them to the blades, I would be interested to hear your thoughts. Oh, and they look fantastic! Cheers, Kyle

May 2, 200519 yr What are the major differences between the prior Gauge CBs and the new '05 retail Cbs?
May 2, 200519 yr Author What are the major differences between the prior Gauge CBs and the new '05 retail Cbs? The Gauge H.Mades are sold out but the difference was the progression of the milled hump within the cavity. The Retail spec is called the NC-1 and has a smaller cavity that I guess would make it less forgiving. Still gauge Irons have always been more forgiving than almost everything in its player category. The differences between the old CBs and the NC-1 are huge, no more Japan shovel look on the short Irons thin top line very little offset, these baby's setup perfectly for the better player. I hit the NC-1 and its only a tad more forgiving than the MB's. The H.Mades have a different lighter finish on them also. http://www.tourspecgolf.com/modules.php?na...ewtopic&t=17156
May 8, 200519 yr Hi Lennie, Do you think that the new shaft is making the difference, or do you feel that the head is also working better for you?
May 8, 200519 yr I do think that the CB's are easier to hit, although the M/B's were pretty forgiving for a blade design.
