rgk5 Posted June 21, 2005 Report Share Posted June 21, 2005 This is killing me as I looked for this set for 10 years, BUT I am not 35 anymore so.......................... 3-PW made by MacGregor for Cobra during Norman's great run in the early 1990's and modelled from the legendary 985 Silver Scot head, these are stunning. Rifle 6.5 shafts with new Whisper grips. A few small flecks of chrome are missing off the top edge of the 7-iron and there is a little sweet spot browning on the 9, 7, 5, and PW. Otherwise a solid 8/10 and well worth the asking price. Pics are available via email. The House of Forged in California wants $795 U.S for their set. Buy mine for $465 U.S. shipped and I will include a new, slightly used Tour Edge Tour model 19* hybrid, stiff Nippon 950 shaft and Whisper grip, with headcover. $400 without the hybrid.
