just some info> i've been playing in this amateur golf league for the past 5yrs now and it's great for once or twice a month to play in. very professinaly run and flighted by hcap and no sandbagging is done. anyway just info as for some reason it is hard to find enough guys to play these days and this may be an option for all.

www.amateurgolftour.net i play in the charlotte area but there are chapters all through nc.

Ken,

Thanks for the information. Just signed up for the Triad Chapter of the Senior Division. Sounds like a good format with good courses and sure sounds better than the sandbagging, stroke / net rip off tournaments my club promotes which I refuse to play.

Thanks again,

Warren

i see no posts have been made on this thread since march, but if you see this message, I have a great course you guys should give a shot. it is in the greensboro area. Bryan Park is the name of the course. they actually have 2 courses (champions course and players course). we played the champions course in a CGA event. Beautiful course! give it a shot if you are in the area. the price is fairly reasonable too.
