alohano
I have a PRGR 200I head and a Fuji 661 TS pull from a friend. Would they be a good combination? Aloha and thank you for any opinions!
+TourSpecGolfer
I have a PRGR 200I head and a Fuji 661 TS pull from a friend. Would they be a good combination?Aloha and thank you for any opinions! Is the 200I a driving iron or wood type? both ways I would actually suggest NS850 or 950. the 661 could be good, I would suggest tipping it for a tighter dispersion. If not we all know its great in a driver!
alohano
Thanks a bunch for the reply. It's the iron type. The Fuji pull is likely from a FW length head as it's not long enough to be pulled from a driver. So how would I know which end to tip/cut to get to the desired length?? Would a reputable clubmaker know that or would they be just guessing? How much are NS steel shafts for hybrids/FW's? Aloha from Waikiki! Where are you now? joey3108
I wouldn't use any wood shaft for a hybrid under 41". Watch out w/ the head weight to get the right final swing weight. These shaft will make the swing weight so light , so it will require you to adjust the head weight so much, plus when you have to tipped it that much and butt cut it after, the static weight is just way to light. Tipping for this wood shaft for a hybrid above 41" is between 2"-3". Good Luck! Joe
