+TourSpecGolfer
Last week in Tokyo, Callaway had their new release press event and featured some new products. The new Callaway Tri ball putter was one but also the X-18CF which is the conforming version of the Japan only X-18 driver. In America there is a version of the X-18 minus the carbon crown called the X460 driver. There is also another version of the ERC HOT called the ERC HOT tour which is also USGA conforming, there is a rumor about that it could be fully titanium instead of part carbon. There is also a couple of new fairway woods in town, the X-tour and X-18. The X-tour features a stainless steel head and is geared toward the mid to low handicapper. the X-18 has a larger profile and is rumored to take the place of the big bertha series in 2006. On the left you see the new X-tour FW and on the right the X-18 FW, the X-18 model is the same size as the current big bertha FW. Here are images of the new utility wood from ben hogan. Not much info but hope you enjoy the pic.

sly_sam
The X Tour driver would be a nice match to X Tour irons, wouldn't it?
Goldenhawk
The X-18 Driver is still a lot better than the X460 US release. Just goes to show that better stuff is out in Japan.
golfebj
Nice. I like the x-18 tour's smaller appearance at address.
