Should i buy from Japan, US retail or tour equipment?

Please help guys, really interested in blades and new driver. Cheers :tsg_smiley_yes:

Depends on your budget. If money is no object, go custom Japan equipment or stock Japan equipment. If your budget is a little tighter, then go US retail. I don't believe in purchasing tour equipment so I would recommend taking that option out of the equation. Perhaps be a little more specific in terms of what you're willing to spend and for what clubs - an entire new bag or just a driver/irons? You'll get plenty of feedback once people know better what you're actually looking for. :tsg_smilie_money3:

Try them all -- through friends, through your local retailers, etc. "Tour Issue" or imports really don't automatically equate to lower scores.

Wlcome to TSG fore! :atsg_logo_anim:

As others have wisely stated, take "TOUR" out of the scenario. :tsg_smiley_ninja:

You are most certainly in the right spot if you are wanting honest and true opinion. Test what you feel will bring about confidence whether it be Japan or US stock. Best of luck in your search and hope you find a set you want, there is plenty to choose from.

Happy New Year to all.

Agree with this, except if you want tour equipment go for that instead. Too many products, not enough time but my experience has taught me there are no really "bad" clubs, just clubs that don't fit my game sometimes. The key is to enjoy the process; seek knowledge, try stuff, repeat! :tsg_smilie_cool:
