Ok, I just got my dream in the mail! A 9.5 R510 DF and I need the perfect shaft for it!

I have a R510 TP Tour with a 660TR Tour Spec stiff shaft. I hit it on a launch monitor, and the results were as follows:

Launch angle average 15+ degrees.

Swing speed average 102

Ball speed average 150

Back spin average 3500

I am about a 5 handicap and a swinger more than a hitter. Of the research I have read it seems like I should be looking for a butt soft, tip stiff shaft to match my swing characteristics.

So what would you guys get to put in my dream club?

Something with a slightly heavier overall weight and a high kickpoint. Your launch angle seems a bit high.

Speeder 757 or the right Axiv would be nice, proforce V2 is always worth a try!!

wow.......15* launch.. up there my man.. evrything else looks good.. your yardage is most lilkely getting hurt by the high launch.. look at > ys-7, evolution, blue , rombax, mugen, matrix, accra sc ,aldila proto, a few to look into .. you must hit on the upswing.. stiff flex also should be perfect. good luck..
