DUBBED
I doubt it. Either way, you should be designing your Scratch irons based on your own swing. Ari is more than helpful will all that!! Just describe how you want your clubs to perform etc and he can suit you up nice nice!!

PxExG
One thing about Scratch - people have a few hang ups about paying $1000 for a set of irons the vast majority of people have not heard of. I say - get over it! Titleist offer a similar program in which you get custom fit & ground irons but you pay $25,000 for it (called TPI I think) MacGregor used to offer it and it was $10,000 for just a set of irons, and Scratch will working with you to produce whatever you want, however you want it. Just my take, Patrick Edited March 8, 2006 by PxExG

Trust me, Go get your lie, length, loft, weight, grip specs etc.. and have a set built to you.

I know from a Scratch perspective every set of clubs we have made for pros has been very different based on what they need. The key is to match all of these specs with YOUR swing and typical playing conditions. When you do that you will get a set of clubs that fits you correctly and performs much better for you than any retail set you could possibly buy. Trust me, Go get your lie, length, loft, weight, grip specs etc.. and have a set built to you. Let me take it a step further. I wouldn't be coming to Ari (or anyone else) with degree of camber or leading edge relief. I'm quite certain most Tour pros don't know this level of detail. What they know is how they swing and what club feels best with that swing. I can tell you from experience that Ari and Jeff McCoy just need to hear things like "I'm a sweeper - I try not to take any divot at all" or even "I'm a downloader" and they can run quite well with the ball from there. From a static measurement perspective, you need to know lie, lenght, loft, grip size, swingweight/total weight all of which should come from a good fitting. Everything else should be left to your club designer and their grinder. Let's be careful not to miss the forest for the trees...

I think your absolutely right... although just think it would be interesting to see the tweeks and variation pro's may have with their clubs... (surely in some cases extreme's from one pro to another...) Thanks, Ryan
