Phillip Alexander
I know Golf WRX members photograph the payers bags from the US PGA. With respect to Golf WRX, or more pertinetly the players on the US PGA, these guys are paid to play clubs that are available in the US domestic market. There was the case of Ernie playing a Fourteen hybrid for a short period of time, however I guess he was "persuaded" by Titleist to remove it from his bag. As we all know the Japanese product is the best. Wouldn't it be great to get some photos of what is in the domestic Japanese tour players bags. These guys and girls would be playing what is available in Japan. How excxiting. Chris maybe you could organize the TSG paparazzi to take some photos. I'm sure everybody would be interested. aokaba
You may find some of the info you are seeking at the Golf Digest Japan website: http://www.golfdigest.co.jp/news/pro_gear/default.asp
Phillip Alexander
:tsg_smilie_cool: :tsg_smilie_cool: Some really great stuff in the link, particularly the wedges. Interesting how many of the Japanese women use the VIQ2 driver.

HoMStYLz
check out KEIICHIRO FUKABORI's white Nike staff bag is sweet. anyone know what driver Shingo uses in the states? I know he uses a DFI & his cowboy hats have DFI on them but he must use a conforming driver in the states. Chris this is a question for you, JYUNKO OMOTE has a Taylor Made staff bag different from what it's staffers like me have in the US, do you have an info on that R7 bag? +TourSpecGolfer
The clubs shown in that link are old, for up to date bag pics you can only trust Alba and Golf Style. Golf Classic and GDO are pretty outdated when it comes to bag pics cause they recycle them. As far as JPGA bag pics, we can get every players bag pics scanned from the top Japanese mags, we have done this before. I'm not a big fan of taking pics of players bags at events because of the poor quality and strange angles. It may be good to bring the bag scans back, I will get to that as soon as TSG V.4 is released!

For your answer to the question about Shingo, this should help you with that: This is Shingo at Augusta just a couple of days ago. I'm guessing that he uses a conforming version of the DFI over here, that way he doesn't have to change the model of driver he's comfortable with. toshman
i saw a version of the dfi that had t460 on the sole, is that what you mean naisu? it was expensive as hell, and i'm looking forward to when i eventually pull the trigger on a dfi and upgrade the shaft on that puppy
+TourSpecGolfer
Id wait on the DFI, Rumor is Nike Japan is creating a new SQ DFI model or somthing along those lines. As far as performance goes the SQ is nikes top dog, the DFI is good but isnt as long or forgiving IMO. The CG on the SQ is further back as well as the face is longer heel to toe increasing stability for the average and better player.

There are few older version of the conformed drivers around but they are pricey for the condition they're in. Recently, there was one on flea-bay with paint chips and shafted with the yellow/purple Pro-Force. The opening bid was $300.
