Hey all,

I had asked my wife to pick me up the Honma 468 during her trip to Japan. Unfortunately she came back with the 420RF in R flex :(.

Does anyone know anything about this club? If I were to use it, I'd most likely swap out the shaft (SS 110-115), but I'm afraid that would lessen the value of the club.

Are there any shops that would accept this as a trade in the states? It's brand new and still wrapped in plastic. How much would I expect to lose if I sold this privately? I believe she paid almost $800USD for it!

Argh..

800 is tuff as its almost 2 years old. I suggest keeping it new and trying to sell it. the 420RF is a very very nice head but it wasnt made in Sakata Studios like the BERES stuff, the 420RF was made in china, also people complain about the amount of spin the RF puts on the ball. I have had a couple myself and found that very same result consistent through many top of the line shafts.
