Good one guys...that was funny. I must say that if you are a Star Wars fan you must buy the DVD. It is amazing how it looks and hopefully you have a good enough reciever to experience it's sound in all it's glory. Let me just say I cranked it and had goose bumps when the opening came on.

Played in an outing today. Putted like I was Stevie Wonder...

For some reason I haven't hit my driver well lately, but on the 'closest to the center' hole, I killed one. Started it over the right rough with a nice draw.

When I went up over the hill to find it, my friend's ball was 4" from the center line about 275 out. I look up ahead, and there's mine: 2" from the center line 285 out.

It held up for the rest of the day!

maybe if you do away with bobbing and weaving your head like Stevie you'd putt a little better?..just a thought...

I played Tuesday and the guy who set the pins needs to have his nuts nipped....4 putted the 1st cuz the hole is 10 inches from a shelf...1st putt up the hill past the hole....2nd put 6 inches past and rolled back down to where I started with the first putt...grrrrrr...after the ball rolling off the green on the 3rd hole I gave up trying to make anything and just lagged most of the first putts...did hit every fairway on the front side tho...that was fun..now if I could just learn to trust my swing with my irons....maybe I should get a new set.. :money:

Any of you read about the guy in Minnesota who got the 205 mph speeding ticket...was moving twice as fast as the plane that clocked him :surprize: ..on a Honda 1000...good thing it's September cuz a June bug to the chest at that speed would either punch a hole right thru him or knock him right off the seat....wonder how long it takes to stop at that speed? using the brakes not tipping over that is...

I think I have my putting woes figured out. My problem was not taking my time reading greens and getting the feel for speed especially when playing private clubs. I got into a bad habit of getting to fast from playing the same course over and over.

Happy Monday Guys...

Played in our corporate golf outing Saturday and experienced a golfing first..the fairways were so heavily watered that you left footprints in someplaces and the roughs were so dry that on one hole I hit it up the left hand rough 70 yds past everyone else's ball. I have no idea why they do that for a corporate event ? Most of the players are just out to drink and have a good time so what would be the point of taking all the run out of the fairways? Ah well...it was a good time even if we only finished at -10..they raffle off thousands of dollars worth of goodies every year. Got myself an MP3 player this year that'll make a great birthday gift for my oldest daughter.

Anyway ya' all have a great week and be happy if you don't live/own property in Florida... :surprize: ....

Elin is going to be headlining at Crazy Horse to help Tiger finance his gambling losses while he's in town so I'll see what I can do. It's a struggle when you're no longer the number one player in the world. You don't get near as many comps. I have a news flash for you " She's not that hot".

I believe if movie memory serves me correctly, you have to be able to stop bullets out of Eddie Arcadian's gun with your teeth to have the power of the glow Mike.

If anyone knows their stuff about computers - windows based I need help.

Got a virus of some sort - my machine slowed down to zero and I am getting popups. I did try some spyware software but the problem eventually got worse.

I am not sure if it is now a hardware problem.

E mail me if you can [email protected]

Man I am bummed! I have to go to Reno AGAIN tomorrow and Wednesday so that means no practice round watching for yours truly  I have to work the damn skybox on Saturday so I won't get out on the course then either. On a positive note, I will be inside the ropes on Friday at least :spit: Hopefully we pull Mickelson this year.
