Pretty happy with this setup -

Woods:

TM R7 425 9.5, stock stiff shaft

Srixon W403AD 14.5 degree

TM V-Steel 18 degree

- very happy with this combo, the Srixon especially is an underrated club in my opinion. I've always had trouble feeling confident hitting 3W off the deck, but not anymore

Irons:

3-5 - Traditional Golf "Tour Cavity" with PX 5.5

6-PW - Tradtional Golf TR1, PX 5.5

- these irons are magnificent, both beautiful and buttery soft. Shafts are perfect for me, get up quickly and flatten out nicely, just as they're supposed to.

Wedges:

Custom Scratch 54 + 60 degree in brushed nickel finish, Rifle Spinner

- one of the best golf investments I've ever made - totally right for my game and I can finally feel confident with a lob wedge. Others I've used in the past have felt too heavy and misses were always fat or left short. This LW is perfect and great for full shots from the fairway too. :atsg_smilie_roll:

Putter:

Hogan BHBB4 CC, although this has been taken out of the bag now for my 1988 vintage Ping Anser 2, still the best putter I've ever used

Beautiful Traditional. Scratch wedges are, IMO, the best in the wedge business. Nice bag!

Thanks ACG - couldn't agree with you more about Scratch wedges. I wish more people had a chance to see the Traditional irons in person as they're so beautiful.

Thanks for the reply and the appreciation!!

This is a very well thought out bag, particularly the irons.

I haven't seen those Traditional irons in the flesh, however they do look very good. I also like the combination of the cavities in the long irons and blades in the shorter irons.

So far as the wedges are concerned, they look like a work of art, particularly the 60*. If you could take a few more photos from different angles that would be great.

Thanks for the comments, Jack - have added some extra pix in the original post of the 60 degree, as well as a side by side comparison of the 54 and 60 to show the slight difference in bounce of the two wedges.

I'm normally a fan of a satin finish on my clubs, hence the Traditional irons really appeal to me, however I wanted a slightly "rougher" or raw finish in the wedges as I felt they would look better after spending some quality time hitting out of sand. It was a good move, I think.

I got the wedges with pretty standard specs - see below, but full customisation is totally available. I'd highly recommend giving them a go.

Cheers

Dan

Those are some really beautiful clubs. Thanks for sharing.

I really like the grinding done on the 60* wedge.

Thanks for the kind words, Blader - glad you like them!!

That is one classy looking set of sticks. You described the irons as "buttery soft" and that is exactly what they look like.
I'm loving your irons as well, true class! The grinds on the wedges are absolutely impeccable / great set up (^_^)

Thanks for the comments, fellas!
