K2_2
Does anyone have some more information on the new EXE line from Tourstage? It looks like they will have Drivers, Fairways, a utility (edit: it appears on the woods spec pop-up), irons, and a really smooth (albeit expensive) bag as well. First impression is that they are competing with the Mizuno JPX line (more expensive and forgiving clubs designed for the 'executive golfer' as one of my friends from Japan told me). It is hard to tell how the woods look at address, but the irons don't look like something most TSG'rs would be after. If anyone tries out the EXE line though, do let us know! Forte
They are actually the high-end TS line and competing with Mizuno's Majestic line. More show and more $.
chinkwan
Honma Twin Marks and S-Yard Acroclass as well.. more for bling bling!!! but nothing wrong with that if it performs!!! Good point is that they are tastefully styled which can be said for some domestic brands..
gocchin
I can post info and pics later when I get back from the range. They are featured in a few of this months magazines and already listed on the Bridgestone website. It's a complete premium line of clubs and even caddy bags, balls and shoes and they are pricey! K2_2
Great info guys... I hadn't realized Mizuno had a 'Majestic' line... last time I was in Japan, the JPX line was their premium product, albeit they didn't really have that much 'bling' in comparison to some Twin Marks or S-Yard gear. bartolomeo1
I wonder how this driver will compare to the X-Drive 460? Bart
gocchin
They are pretty much meant for the older higher handicap player. Lofts on the driver are 10, 11 and 12 and is considered to be a forgiving high launching driver.
