  1. 59gm and high ball flight (low kick point) Pretty stable for an OEM shaft I have a pull that I can sell..
  2. Thanks for your suggestion, I have ordered Diamana BB and a YS6+ to try on the EGG.. I will report back on my findings. I am fading on the OEM PRGR Egg M43 shaft.. I am guessing it's too light as that's the only club that I have problem fading.. Anyways, thanks again for the suggestions and I will report back on my findings.
  3. Winners think I like.. I bot two brand new Dimana Blue Board at $80 each off fleaby for my Egg 3 and 5.. Will be pulling and selling the MD7S off the 15 Egg.. great shaft.. just too heavy for me!
  4. Yes, MD7 is very stable and easy to swing on the EGG 15... What about for my EGG 17 Fwy?? Should I tip that one at all?? I think GD recommends .5" for 3 wood and 1" for 5 wood?? By the looks of my 3 wood, it doesn't look like it's been tipped at all...
  5. Looking for a Graphite Design Tour AD MD-7S for a fairway wood application. Kindly email me at [email protected] if you got any for sale.
  6. I read somewhere on this forum that one can determine the lenght of the tip on an existing Tour AD shaft by measuring the tip of the shaft to the Tour AD marker. Does anybody have this info handy? I have a Tour AD MD7S on an EGG Spoon playing at 43.5".. I can play it no problem with good kick.. I am contemplating trimming it to 43"... This is the reason I am asking.. should I tip trim it for .5" or leave well enough alone and just butt trim and slam on a new grip..
  7. As titled, what size tip does the PRGR Egg Spoon and EGG Fwy accept, 0.335 or 0.35? Also, any ideas on the bore, is it a std. bore or a blind bore?? Or do I need to even care since it's fwy wood? Many thanks in advance.
  8. Kindly email high res pics to [email protected]

    Thank you.

What's the approximate shipping to USA?

  9. idrive, thanks for your tip. I will try it out.. I tend to come too steep on the ball as I tend to see a channel made by the ball when I strike it (Pacific Northwest-fairways tend to be softer) My drives are 220-240 carry and I get very good flat trajectory out of it with the Rombax 5X07 Stiff/ViQ. For the EGG 3 and 5.... I mainly use it for 2nd shots on long par5s (over 200yds on the 2nd shot) and for dog leg holes or very narrow fairways that have water harzards. Sounds like I want a medium launch shaft from you guy's analysis?? Does that infer the egg is a high launching head?? It certainly launches super high with the oem 43m/s but how much is that attributed to the head or the shaft?? What are the implications of high/med/low spin on the shaft?? I am a newbie, kindly advise. Many thanks in advance. Lastly, I have Tour AD W70 Stiff untipped and a Accra SC65 M4 untipped, both pulled from Drivers.. do you think those are any good for fwy duty??
  10. I have been playing lousy with my PRGR Egg. I am thinking the light oem shaft seems to be the culprit. Every shot has a fade in it or it's a ground shot. I have great success with Rombax 5x07 stiff, tipped 3/4" on a ViQ Driver and a Ys6+ Reg on a Tour Burner Head. My swingspeed is 90-95mph on a driver. I hit my 7 iron 155-160yds on a NS Pro V90 Stiff shaft. I research this site and other sites, I see a lot of medium to high trajectory shafts suggested.. what about the spin rate, its not mentioned anywhere. Candidates suggested include Diamana Red Board, Kaili.. Are there any offerings from GD that would fit? What about Rombax 6X07?? Suggestions are welcome. Many thankx in advance.
  11. Originally purchased from BogeyDog off Yamaha Inpres Tours. NS Pro 950 Stiff Flex 5-P.. Was planning on building a set of Miura with these shafts but plan never materialized. The shafts have never been swung by me and the previous owner. Cleaning out closet, $100 shipped OBO.
  12. 9/10 condition Bettinardi XR 2.0 putter. Pics included to show condition. Never seen the course, carpet roller.. Just happen to have too many on hand 34" in lenght, comes with original Bett XR 2.0 headcover and Bettinardi Winn Grip. original MSRP is $500 http://www.tourspecgolf.com/Bettinardi-XR-2.0-Putter "The latest neo mallet style putter by Bob is the XR 2.0. This putter is finished in a classy black with soft SUS303 made for soft feel. It features Bettinardi's trademark precision milled honeycomb face for optimal roll and feel. 13. As a former owner of EPON EMB (Just sold it), I have seen this knock off Founders Golf Version.. They are definitely different.. The shape is different, so is the size U guys can rest assured that it's not a rebadged EMB.. I didn't bother swinging it at the GOLF TOWN I visit so can't tell u guys much more about it.. I think the retail price is $160CDN and it's on sale for $50CDN..
  14. I agree with Marty 200% Epon has been praised to the sky here for the past few years... All of a sudden, guys are saying it's a bad move for them to have dropped Internet sales and such.. And many suggested that they don't want another Epon.. Seriously, if you have liked the products in the past, u can seek out a dealer that carries them.. This is similar to Miura. they prefer to have the stuff sold fitted to ensure it performs its best to the buyer.. so what's the big deal??? Couldn't speak of guys in Europe.. but Miura clubs are pretty much standard priced everywhere with Ebay keeping it in check.. I personally played Epon EMB and have played other Epon clubs in addition to owning and still owning clubs OEM by Endo.. IMHO, the praise have been overblown.. EPON are good but not hugely superior to other products. If you guys love EPON so much.. you can still enjoy them by way of getting irons OEM by them.. I am sure Chris and Gocchin will continue pointing out which clubs are made by Endo.. End of rant.. lets move on guy!!!
  15. I have been getting conflicting information on this.. Does anybody know for SURE what the tipping information is?? 3/5 wood, Standard Bore and blind bore. Below is what I found and believe to be correct: for a 3 wood bore through insert only 2 inches for blind bore tip 1/2" standard bore tip 1/2" for a 5 wood bore through insert 2" only blind bore tip 1/2" for standard tip 1" Many many thankx in advance.
  16. I have two 9/10 ones with no scratches on the crown and 9/10 condition covers.. Let me know how much you want to pay for them.
  17. Any ideas on the Swingweight of his clubs??
  18. This is what it says on the graph.. I don't know how it relates to ball flight.. The left pic tells you the CG of the club, the Y Axis is deeper in the club on the top and closer to the face on the bottom.. The right pic is CG height relative to the club face, the Y Asix is higher on the face and lower on the face.. I personally have VIQ 06 with the OEM Stiff.. easy to hit and real high trajectory that lands soft.. I swing 90-95mph with a fairly fast tempo and the OEM stiffs are just fine.. I have also bot a pair of X-Drive 06 Fwys with GD Tour AD W60Stiff.. Not built yet though but my buddy's got the same head and those are way way lower launching..
  19. Any idea what swingweights are for Shingo???
  20. I used to play Ping Aqua grips -1/16, white is their std. size.. For IOMIC Sticky.. I have to use 2 layers of tape to mimic the PING aqua grips.. Hope that gives you an idea the size of them...
  21. I had an opportunity to try the two back to back inside a store in Japan.. FYI, I own 06 ViQ Cast and 07 ViQ Forged as well.. The 07 X-Blade GR (Red cosmetics, not the later one with black graphics or the latest 09 model) looked quite identical to the ViQ Forged in shape and size. Honestly, if you put them on the ground, they don't look all that different.. The GR is a lot hotter in the face then the ViQ Forged.. It feels more similar to my ViQ Cast which has the titanium face... Honestly, I think the GR is a mix between my Cast and Forged ViQ.. Plays like a ViQ Forged but has the hot face of the ViQ Cast... If I could only own one set, I will pick GR as it combines the best of both worlds but in your case and mine, I don't think it's worth you while to acquire a set of the GR to replace your ViQ.. Too similar of an iron.. Maybe go for the new 901 blades instead???
