+TourSpecGolfer
The "TOUR" Seida has very little offset, a killed leading edge and new shape that best suites the good player with a steep swing. These wedges are forged by YuRuRi of 1012C double pressed. The prototypes of this wedge were way too soft so they decided to put a plated satin finish over it to even things out. This is the best feeling wedge i have EVER hit! All ground by hand in Japan by YuRuRi staff, never outsourced to a factory. YuRuRi is considering replacing the retails with this model but for now its special order only as they can only produce 50 each month. If interested please PM. gocchin
You can see the differences in grind and offset especially when you put them side by side.... some awesome improvements!!
TBone
I will probably be the only one but I think I prefer the look of the original. Looks to be more heel relief on the original, at least in the 56. It is "Good" to have choices!!!
Blader-X
I do like the look of the new wedge with practically no offset. Much better in my opinion. But then, my nemesis is the dreaded left shot and offset just kills me. I like the look of this wedge with the exception of the huge loft number. Just not my style and something I would not be able to get used to, but I understand some people just love it. And, thats a good thing. I appreciate the variety of looks in golf clubs now. There really is something for everyone. Yururi is definitely one company to look out for and should be at the top of the list for anyone considering a superior quality wedge. taipanli
I've ordered 2 of the new Seida wedges because they simply look pure. I kind of like the Jersey numbers as well. Will review once I receive them.
+TourSpecGolfer
I've ordered 2 of the new Seida wedges because they simply look pure. I kind of like the Jersey numbers as well. Will review once I receive them. We had a wedge shootout featuring all the best import wedges last week, The Yururi Tour was #1 for all 4 of our members who participated much to my surprise. The Epon Model X came in at a close #2 and the Fourteen V3 #3 and then the Crews. All of the players were single digit, one of them a +3 handicap teaching pro. We all agreed that the Yururi has the best feel and spin along with it being easy to use and excellent for the player with a steeper descending blow. If you can get used to the Football Jersey design its one of if not THE best wedge on the market right now.
