was wondering what this really meant in terms of launch numbers?

we're all trying to achieve an ideal 14 degrees of launch and about 2500rpm spin for a 100mph swing speed, what does high launch low spin mean? 16 degrees launch and 2000 rpm spin, etc...

    many factors go into an ideal launch # for oneself. do not get too caught up in the numbers game.. see what works and use the launch data to tweak it..
