Guys I this iv got the callaway FT-I LCG in an 8.5 loft. I have the speeder 586 in a stiff flex, I just seen that this shaft is for a slower tempo swing. I feel that I have a fast tempo and have a seing speed of 102, could I do better???

if you're wanting to stay in the fuji line of shafts..you might want to try the new rombax z series..it's for fast aggresive swings and if money isn't an issue you might want to try the ozik line i.e. xcon5 or xcon6 which is the stock shaft offering in the tour fti lcg head..

Thanks. I have the Rombax Z and I like it a lot. I am a pretty hard swinger SS 115 and I keep reading in other places it's for a "smooth swinger." I don't understand that.

If you have the US version of the Rombax Z then yes it's for the harder swinger... the Japanese market Z has totally different specs.

Gocchin:

What about the Rombax X and the Rombax V?? Are they different??? US and Japan spec.???

Honestly A,

Even Fujikura confuses me... the Rombax X specs are not exactly identical... slight differences in torque and weight between US and JDM models... I really don't know. I only know the JDM models at this point.

US has the W and Japan still has the V.

They both have the Z with totally different specs.

They both have the X with very slightly different specs..... :atsg_smilie_roll:

soooooo, does that mean the Fuji Z shaft that is offered as an option on the TS X-drive 440 (in the Pro Shop).....is a Japanese version? ie. for a smooth swinger?

Thanks!
