Still the GD's for me as well. The Fuji's are a little too new for feedback yet. There are a few who like the NGS shaft. Also heard the Ozik is good.

I know the GD UT shafts have been a favorite of many for a while. Do the new ones from Fuji, NGS, Ozik, etc. offer better performance from new technology or is GD still the king?

GD UT-95 shaft goes really well for me!

I really love my UT-95 in my TourStage X-UT. I really don't think I could find a better replacement. Nice tight dispersion with great results from any lie. An extremely solid shaft.

I just got an an Adams Pro Gold with an OZIK ALTUS hybrid shaft. It is nothing short of amazing. Th ease of effort and control of this shaft sets a new bar. I hit the same club with the MIts JAVLN FX shaft and it was average, but the ALtus was incredible. I felt I could hit any shot needed, high, low fade draw.

I put the new Graphite Design YSQ hybrid shaft, 85gr, stiff, in my 17* and 20* hybrids and they are fantastic. The YSQ is Graphite Design's new shaft with woven layers of graphite and they feel great. Check them out.

I posted in another similar thread, but I think UT85 is still at the top. I haven't tried the fuji hybrids but I don't think any new shaft any soon would be able to beat the gd tour ads. It would be interesting to see new hybrid shafts from gd though. Or maybe a 79gram ut75 mid kick would be nice to try. ut65 is good too but a tad bit too light and I think a mid kick swings better in hybrid length clubs than the low kick ut 55 and 65. If I can only find a 3wd shaft that is close to a tour ad ut...
