How is there equipment in the JDM golf world. Growing up it seemed like they had a great presence. What is up now?

It's always been well received in Japan and even more so recently because of their signing of teen phenom and price of golf Ryo Ishikawa.

Seems like pretty good stuff all around especially woods and irons. When I get back to Japan next month I plan on demoing it all. (^_^)

Seems like there is some buzz about the NanoV drivers.

As a matter of a fact the NanoV has won Golf Digest's D1 Driver Distance shootout before. I think it was 2006.

There's actually a Tour Issued Yonex driver on eBay right now, that was Colin Montgomerie's club. Tour issued Yonex is pretty rare I think!

The Yonex 460D driver has been a good seller in Japan. The irons in the players back look good. Both the blades and the CBs.

I really really like the stock shafts of Yonex.

Yonex makes decent gear. We have not had many requests for the product but It is something worth taking a look at.

This year at the show they had no new products at all. Our assumption was that they spent a ton of cash courting Ryo.
