How will these compare to the great NC-1s?

The GS-CB is larger, much more forgiving, just as soft as the hand made's or Japan made NC-1's and much better than the G-Field NC1.

For a medium sized head it has very little offset good set to bridge high handicap with mid/low.

I have seen these clubs in person and that is exactly what I said. Except for the back cavity I thought the shape reminded me of my GF cavity backs. The GS might be just slightly larger overall but very similar in shape.

That's not a bad thing as I really like my GF CB's
