Actually Taylormade has a full line up of new product coming around that time also. I'm talking new putters, new hybrids, a new R9 MAX Type E LONG drive among other cool and exciting releases. We are also getting word of a Taylormade TP R9 Irons and Taylormade TP R9 Forged Iron Set in the works! July 14, 200915 yr Author They look like the TM Japan forged irons, just w/a badge in the cavity. Expect a Taylormade R9 Forged Version in 2010.

July 18, 200915 yr Love the buttery feel of the 07 TMs R7 forgeds... I wonder if that cone thing in the burner forged iron will change the feel....
