better? that's too subjective. you might need to be more specific in order to be able to get a better assessment.

something like which is more forgiving, more square, more bounce, etc..

of these four, i've only tried the mp68 and yamaha and hands down the yamaha for forgiveness, setup, overall looks, feel, and exclusivity.

I agree Jackson, Another thing to note is that the Yamaha & Mizuno are both semi players CB's while the TR 500 Limited & 703 or 703 Limited are true players CB's.

Hi guys,

I would have thought that the MP58 with the titanium forged into the back cavity would actually be more of a players cb than the 703, the mp58 is only a hair bigger than mizuno's mp68 blade!

From all the reviews I've read about these clubs they are in different categories and it would depend what you were after in terms of look and feel as to which would better suit your game.

with the tr500 being closest to a blade then x v forged tour, mp58, 703 limited, x v forged and 703, unfortunately this is by no means an order of forgiveness or feel as all have different attributes including offset, grind, loft etc as well as material and process differences.

Again if you could define what you were after you will get a more accurate response,

Good luck,

Vineman

icc.... i am thinking to buy one of those sets .... very hard to decide it..... can't really see a very outstanding feature for any of those~~ non of them still forged in japan??

bken,

As far as I am aware all of these are forged by endo (japan or thailand) except for the mizuno's which are forged in china.

All of the sets have a different look and feel, can you tell us what you are currently using and what you like or dislike about that set?

Also remember that the yamaha tour and prgr tr500 are both sold out.

played a round with the Yamaha Inpres X V Tour today.

I'm "Inpres" 'd !!

Very soft and very consistent.

Can't seem to get the Yamaha driver to work though, still trying. If you can get your hands on the irons, I would definitely get it, otherwise get the TR500 if you can.

They are available still on ebay for $1600
