idrive
Not sure why but I passed on the Crazy Ut shaft in favor of a Tour AD DI.... I've had nothing but success with the Crazy shafts in Drivers and FW woods....... dang it Won't know for a couple of weeks if I make the right choice..... but now... seems a Crazy ut shaft might be in my future. RIduffer
I know I have thought about it, but chopped down the AD EV 7x and put those into the ONOFF Pro Spec and am still enjoying them. Almost afraid to as I am glad I finally found a use for them... No more Crazys right now...

Jeff the tour ad di is amazing in a utility, I have a 95s in my royal collection. Very very smooth and stable. U won't be disappointed. Nice high launch, what's The point of having a stinging ute anyway!
+TourSpecGolfer
I too would like to try some crazy shafts in my FW's and UT woods.
gocchin
I've used the FW80 and LYFW but yet to try the Crazy UT shafts which are supposedly very very good. Now that I'm moving to heavier shafts I think the time has come.
supo
well ill say i was just in love with how they went, the feel of them is just fantastic the kaili 80 is a top shaft ,fantasic striaght shots ,but hte crazy are a MILE better. im going to resist the urge to swap the shafts in the RCS, i might just have to put crazies into those the adams black and that green voodoo thing i it oh dear , i mswapping that grren thing out immediatly that adams head wil get a better shaft for use back home. saying all this th eres stil nothing liek the feel of the yamaha, and rc ute heads those with a crazy ute shaft boy oh boy. awsome stuff. supo
just a bit more on these shafts..., i took them to sydney over the weeknd played 3 games and oodles of practice balls with both the 16 adn 18 utes. im actually bagging both these and the 24 * ute now the 3 wood is on the outer. the overall distance of the 16* isnt as long as a 3w def NOT. id say 20ish yards shorter..., (and agianst the egg mnore like 25+) the accuracy and straightness and unmatchable feel of these shafts tho eliminates my need for long irons and 14-17* fairway woods im using them from tees out of heavy rough. on solid fairways, and hitting small draws, and cuts BUT the ball doesnt go banana, its just the smallest curve. i was playing in really , really windy conditions on totally exposed coast , and interestingly the 18* which i was using for 200-220 ish yard shots went low then popped up just a bit at its apex. and falls over softly. i hit it into the wind a few times abpout 190 and was amazed at the flight its perfect., below the wind for the first 75 % of flight then it pops up and rolls over. lands soft the 16* was just solid low stable and totally confidence building. im grabbing it immediatly whenever i dont absolutely like the look of the drive im facing. before i grab the driver i grab this. i cant say enough positive things about the crazy ute shafts performance in all conditions now and i use them in stiff flex not x if u have to chose a new ute shaft then these are just incredible. i love the feeling of the kaili , its a really good shaft in the fairways and in the RC 24* ute but in comparison to the crazy its not even on the same planet as these things. very very good shafts.. very good indeed. highly reccomended
Chanaa
Crazy is the way to go. Just played with my new build crazy fw 80 + TRC fw vs tour 14 deg. Delightful. Straight, penetrating and long. Did not take me long to get used to it. Now the dilemma.......bot TRC ute 17 & 20 with standard nippon 950 shaft........after your comments, i am very very tempted. Chanaa
ah the differnce is incredible. i love NS 950 in rescues, but really the crazy ute shafts is so delightfull. Have now played both my new trcs 17 & 20 in the standard nippon 950 shaft. Distance & accuracy is ok but seems very high. Trying to keep the ball low - will the crazy ute shaft help ? Thks

Chanaa
I have had the crazy ute shaft on my TRC utility 17 & 20 for couple of weeks now, gamed it in Thailand, Korea & back home. One word- unbelievable. The ball flght piercing & dead straight. The dispersion is amazing - was playing off the champ tees & the 20 deg was my second shot most times after driver. The 17 was off tee on the 3s & tight 4 fairways. My utilities have always been steel as i see them as long irons replacements. The accuracy of the crazy utes was a huge surprise. Distance wise, gained 10% vs the steels.

sandee11
Does the utility shaft play stiffer than it's flex?
Spoon
Does the utility shaft play stiffer than it's flex? i think all crazies do. unfortunately there are only 3 flexes so i went for the stiff. SR would have been perfect!
