feduher
I will be pleased to know which of these two drivers, Bridgestone J40 430cc and Crazy 435II, is: 1.-more long 2.-has less spin 3.-lauch lower Thanks to all
Vegaman
I have no idea or experience, but from hearing other people's comments I'd say the Crazy 'wins' on all accounts. Keep in my mind the the Crazy 435II is not 435cc (yes a bit odd) but 454cc (or 445?) if I remember correctly. I thought I'd point it out since you seem interested in a smaller, more compact driver since you write about the J40 430cc.
feduher
Thanks for your reply, I owns the Crazy 435II, and I´m looking something with less spin and lower launch
robbie
I own the crazy435II as well and i find this club to be very low launching and low spin......i guess it depends on a players swing speed as well. I guess if small head low spin is yor thing, the hottest kid on the block is the Epon Zero !!!!!
chiromikey
Thanks for your reply, I owns the Crazy 435II, and I´m looking something with less spin and lower launch finding the right shaft will give you the characteristics you're looking for. an 8-9* head with a higher launching shaft gives me my ideal trajectory but i've also played a 10.5* head with a low launching shaft that was too low! imho, the shaft will dictate launch angle and spin more than the head or it's loft. xerobound
The crazy is great for low spin. I found the Bridgestone to be a bit higher launch with a softer feel. Not saying the crazy is a bad feel, it's more of a metallic crunch! Crazy tops the list for the 3 things you are looking for.
robbie
want to trade your 10.5 for my 9 degree ?
EdGolf
Seem there are interchangable weights on the Crazy 435II. How does it work?
robbie
haha...i have no idea....but i did see a crazy 450 with a burnt sole because the owner was trying to replace a screw ???? maybe they are not meant to be moved ?
+TourSpecGolfer
Just because it has weights it doesn't mean its adjustable. OEM's use the weights for head weight & bias.

Hmmm maybe I misunderstood the write-up lol. Here's the quote from the online store "While the face of the driver appears similar to the original model except it now has a black IP finish, the sole has changed radically incorporating a 3 interchangeable weight design to allow for alteration of the head's CG point and bias." For me, at least interchangeable means we can move em around
shacco
Don't mean to hijack the thread, but how does the Bridgestone Driver play? Maybe someone has even experience with the 450 ccm model. It has gotten some good reviews. Is it any good for a SS of around 100 mph?
