Spoon
Kids kids behave:) I think this would suit the super senior category Very much. With around 300-500 built they will sell fast. 300-500 is not enough to go around frankly. Money will be Money will be no object for this market. The costlier the better
Duffer19
OK, I deleted just in case I offended any geriatrics out there Why do I get this feeling that seniors are 'Repulsion' to some?
swisstrader
Why do I get this feeling that seniors are 'Repulsion' to some? Haha! Being a senior myself, I cannot say I am repulsed by that comment:)
gocchin
My swing speed is about 88 mph and it would not work for me with a 13* loft. I have to set my Gloire with Fire Express to 9* (from 10.5) to make the launch to close to optimum. This should work for a SS of under 80 mph. There is a reason why it is 13* and it is to get the proper launch to work hand in hand with the CG placement. It is like he Epon Zero made for faster swingers, everyone said why 10.5* and such a high loft? Same thing here, 13* is to get the right launch and the CG is actually shorter. Meaning a 11* driver with deeper and lower CG could hit it much higher than this 13*.

That's an idea C. Make one version of the Zero 13* loft and see what happen. Edited July 31, 2012 by Duffer19

gocchin
An interesting post on TM drivers and loft.... As you posted, TM has always had higher than stated lofts and people don't realize they are hitting higher lofts. So when Epon creates drivers with real actual lofts they seem high when in actual fact they are not. People don't realize in most cases they need more carry, and if a driver can keep spin down and add run its a great bonus.
Spoon
more carry is the name of the game now. so many pros use 10* drivers. i will game nothing lower than a 10* personally. true loft that is

Tough to see on TV, but go to a tour event and see how high the pros now hit the ball and it's all about hang time, similar to the LD players. I was shocked the first time I saw Dustin Johnson hit the ball at the Barclays. Actually thought he had sky'd the ball it went so high...ended up being a 320 yard bomb!! Used to be these guys looked for super low trajectory and using an 8 degree driver...no more. Edited August 1, 2012 by swisstrader

Spoon
Is the driver loud ala Epon EMB or does it sound more like a traditional driver? i think epon has already resolved the tin can crack of the EMB. this one is defintely more mute than the emb
