NO offset. true blade. beautiful lines no mumbo jumbo on the back weighted to MY specs and my loft ; lie its a true proto. gee i hope it plays ok.... bec im very excited.. i wil say thier drivers play very very nicely mine is 11*... its getting a P9003x. its got humongous carry! btw.... they USED to make heads for crazy. and ryo ishikawa so i guess ........ they gott be ok huh.. well see.......... Duffer19
Does this company name starts with an A and end with a D?
Vegaman
Does this company name starts with an A and end with a D? You mean AFD? I thought the brand name was Solid Contacts?
gocchin
R, the company name is in fact Solid Contacts however they are now known as Fuso Dream. They also produce the Buchi wedges/irons/putters. Very small brand. When I last checked the Solid Contacts made Crazy 425 head was still available as we can get it through Crazy, Very good driver as Stew knows. Solid Contacts made irons and putters for Ryo-kun when he was an amateur and before he moved to Yonex. Here are some pics I took of the driver when I was at Crazy:
Vegaman
Well, that driver looks fantastic. So that is a different one compared to crz 425 tour?
gocchin
Made by completely different companies. There is no CRZ425 Tour. That would be the Jbeam 425 Tour.

Golfbaka
Casting my mind back to Ishikawa's first professional victory I seem to remember him having a Solid Contacts driver and putter in the bag, Yonex Irons + fairway and Vokey wedges... Golfbaka
In all my trawling through second hand golf shops in Japan I don't think I've ever seen a Solid Contacts branded club though

supo
goes very very well but the loft is veyr high .. im going to build it for winter where i think it will out perform a lot of other drivers... its butter soft and the ball seems to stick on the face for centuries. i happy gilmoured it in summer and it went 278 on the fly ddint move 1 millimeter after landing with a crazy cb46 7.4 shaft.. so distance on it is more than fine.... its just so high.. im thinking of going with a the GD p9003x in it to take some flight out... itried the crazy sigma but hte balance point was too high up th shaft and the swing weight came out too low even at 329 gram was c9... nobmontana
Chris and I both assessed Buchi earlier this year and decided not to carry it until they get their quality up. That is good to know, Gocchin. Was about to take the plunge on the Buchi blades. Perhaps Yamaha 2013 blades are what I need to get.
