Hey fellas,

I have these 2 shafts and i'm not sure which one I should stick on my Yammie 2012 Tour head as i haven't tried either one of them.

Has anybody given these a go? And possibly give me a quick run down...

Cheers

J

The Diamana is the Golf shaft ....

I've hit both and the X wins hands down!

I've hit the Diamana and thought it was 'ok' compared to it's lesser brethren (Kai'li).

I guess it's all subjective ...

But the X is a stunning shaft

You rate the Kai more than the X mate?

I hit them side by side and thought that the Kai'li had a better ball flight and feel. The Kai'li was a 60x and the X was a 60s. Also shafted with different heads so that had something to do with the outcome I guess. The other guys who hit both on the same day thought differently though, as Dale says it's all subjective. So I guess my advice is that you should try both(X and Matrix) in the Yammie and hopefully you'll like 1 of them!

I tried the X and thought it would be way too much shaft for me but it felt very very nice and smooth.

Which one is it? Ffrom the research I've done I've gathered that the extra stiff isn't that harsh. Does the same apply to the stiff?

On average, sx suits my ss more, 110 (or a 7.2 for crazy).

Thanks

The Diamana X is superior to both the Kai'li and Matrix. My one is a S shaft but has been profiled to play almost XS, I did loose a few yards but control slightly better. Against the Kai'li, the X is a no brainer, be it X or XS.

Nooo, for more than it's worth. :tsg_smiley_hula:

I'm trying to have it swapped for a diamana x 60x.

I have a Diamana X 70S on the way. Unfortunately, I won't be able to try it until March due to upcoming surgery. Can't wait to hit it. Also have to decide on what head to pair it with.
