Posted December 31, 201212 yr Up for trade or sale is a very good condition 10.5* Kamui Pro KP-X driver and plays to about 44.5. I very much wanted the head to work out, but I think I do better with shallower faced drivers. As some of the reviews on the board state the driver is anti-left, and I managed to get some very deep drives with this driver, but ultimately I don't think the shaft matches with my swing and I don't have the patience to look for the right combination. Catch it in the middle of the club face and the ball is deep with a nice mid high flat trajectory. Toe hits tend to get better than they deserve. Asking for $520 obo shipped in the domestic US. As for trades I am looking for wedge sets of 54/58 or 52, 56, 60 or some other similar variation. Fairway woods and hybrids between 13* and 18* on the wish list. Also looking for a quadra fire express shaft 65 grams or heavier in stiff flex. Open to other trades if you have something else you would like to offer. I hope everyone has had or will have a safe new year. Please pm me with any questions or offers. Edited January 3, 201312 yr by bruinduke
January 1, 201312 yr Author H, ya head only an option. If i wasnt lazy id try to find the right combo for this head. its pretty sweet and as advertised. I sent you an email.
January 3, 201312 yr Author Hmm what's it take to thaw out the bst? I had some initial interest, so maybe a price drop revives interest? Head sold!!!! Scotty cameron kombi S added as trade interests and anything that might get this driver moved... Edited January 4, 201312 yr by bruinduke

January 4, 201312 yr just noticed........ u have 6 grams (yellow and red ) weights in the 10.5* head. imbacking htis goes higher and is pretty light as is........, u might want to try this............ this WILL make it a totally differnt club........ it will ower the flight and make it a lot more punchy make both the weights red to get it to 198 or try a blue (10g) weight and a red (5g) weight to get it to 203 at 44.5 inch with a blue board.. ill be a monkey uncle ifthis doesnt transfrom this IMMEASUARBLY to a brute of a club!!!! the blue board i nthis head would be a sensational combo i just htuinku might need it a bit heavier or swap the weights over put the red i nthe back....... and yellow in front this will make this a differnt club immediaty like the ryoma.. the heavoier weight SHUD bei nthe back of the club NOT the middle Edited January 4, 201312 yr by supo67

That doesn't sound right... at 44.5" it would feel like a feather Where would one get spare weights for these KP-X drivers?
January 4, 201312 yr This is a great driver head. Sorry to see it didn't work for you Duke but it might be worth tinkering with. I might mess with shafts in mine but it is really good as is. If I had the X flex Fubuki Alpha instead of S it would probably be perfect. Waiting for the perfect shaft to surface.
January 4, 201312 yr Author Stew thanks for the suggestions. I really believe with the right weights and shaft this head might be a beast. Unfortunately, the original owner didn't have the weights or the wrench. Is this something that can be obtained through kamui?
January 4, 201312 yr yup ul ahve to get the wrench form here as well bec U LOT dont use the METRIC sytem like the rest of the universe! makes things a bit difficult otget the right size. a stock TM wrench works the extra weights are bout 30 bucks a set +- cant think exact number but its so worth gettign them seriously!!!
January 4, 201312 yr Author Thanks Stew. As I always say you're like my golf wikipedia! Head now headed down under. Thanks Ant!
January 4, 201312 yr Didnt even know people were supposed to be able to adjust the Kamui pro heads themselves? Thought it was factory only work? Or maybe that goes for the tp-07 and the kp-x is adjustable?
January 4, 201312 yr kp is adjustable.. they ahve differnt weights just unscrew em its an awsome head!
January 4, 201312 yr Its set by the factory but with the right tools (and weights of course), you can do it yourself as well.
