January 17, 201312 yr I dunno, I've never hit them… But from reading the threads they would appear to be super smooth non-balooning with great feel. Really tight dispersion too.

January 18, 201312 yr these are chunky topline and SOFT. so soft the ball melts on the face. so...DONT go a soft shaft! therefore DONT go the ns wv the ball wil get "lost" in feel . id go DGx100..... shimada wedge...... maybe KBS black nickel....... something like that
January 18, 201312 yr yeah the wv are a bit soft. they are like spinners, i only like them in my lob. i think SP blues would suit them nicely!
January 18, 201312 yr U tried the modus on wedges & didnt like Dale? modus are too soft on wedges imho and in stiff probably sub 110 grams. very light.

Like Steve i think i may not be going back to steels for the foreseeable future although i have tons of wedge shafts earmaked. aero110s, i95s, i125s, some steel protos , monacos etc etc Edited January 18, 201312 yr by Spoon
January 18, 201312 yr If you want the SP Blues as someone else mentioned, I have some stiff ones that I had pulled from wedges. Nice and cheap… Have wonderful leather wraps on as grips...
