Introducing New Ultimate Design - NUD JAPAN Hi Cor Driver

A new brand with a focus on non conforming driver designs... created by Baldo designers and called NUD - New Ultimate Design.

I am learning all I can about them now but the driver is cool looking with interchangeable weights and while many hi cor drivers cannot handle higher swing speeds anymore apparently NUD starts at 0.86 COR with higher COR at request and I see they offer X Flex with their base 0.86 COR heads.

Launch monitor data with a 41.6m/s or 92.7mph swing speed resulted in total distance of 253.4y which is pretty darn good. Low spin with a nice healthy launch of 16+ degrees.

I definitely like the way they look. I have already requested some demos to check out....

Don't they have a picture at address? All they do is show all the 'tech' at the sole... But sure looks good. Seem hi Cor is making a strong comeback with many brands now including em in their offerings...

The team at BALDO has a really good design team I must say, not sure if I'm feeling the term NUD.

A good shot = you just nudded that ball!

92MPH and TOTAL distance of 250 or so? For whatever reason, I had thought non conforming would get you much more. In my case, can't use nonconforming due to either money games or tournaments, but I'm sure there's a market for it. Most US guys will not buy noncomforming.

I don't believe 92mph can get your 250 yds. I think most people have beer goggles on when it comes to their own distance. They must of picked the perfect swing on the LM to produce 250 from 92mph imo.

I used to think I averaged 250 but then I realized with multiple trackmans and LM's that my average is around 228. Of course there is the occasional 270+ perfect condition down hill runner but thats not average.

Love the "new design" they have! It's interesting to have a department that concentrates of Non Conforming heads. The adjustable feature is an added plus, especially for those better players that don't mind playing the non conforming heads and surprising their playing partners with the sudden distance gain! ;)
