nobmontana
I know the hot driver of the forum is still the T.388 , but I thought I would provide some feedback on my Baldo VT511. So I've been playing this driver the last couple of weeks despite the inclement weather and I must say this head is reeeeeeeaaaaally good! Like I mentioned before, it has the feel of the original Mizuno MP Craft 425 and the forgiveness of ... uh okay the T.388 I do regret that I did not do a head to head comparo between the T.388. Trajectory wise, I have a 9 deg head with a Stinger 70 S and I think it goes just a tad higher than the 9.5 deg T.388 / BB7 S combo. I am getting very good distance from this driver as well. 280 to 300 yrds which is comparable to what I was getting with the T.388. As for the custom paint, unless there's glaring direct sunlight, I am only seeing a nice glossy black pair shaped head. I am really happy with this custom paint. Anyway, If the T.388 looks too intimidating because of its size, this Baldo VT511 may be an option to consider provided you are okay with the white paint or want to spend another $80 to $100 for a truly out of this world custom paint by H&H Industries!! I am a happy camper for now. ( until next week when my P-Tune arrives.... :) )
