Posted July 29, 201311 yr 360g head, 33", custom center shaft weld, sound slot and a more crisp feel with fine milled face and a sound slot. Rolled a few balls around the house and love the feedback and feel.
July 29, 201311 yr Author ahhhhhhhhhhh T is that ur new one!!!! Yup! Tsupo is done... they are on the Matsumoto now... we gotta figure out your others... I think doing it in person there is best!

July 29, 201311 yr Certainly looks great. Everyone knows my feelings about sasaya. He just keeps producing.
July 29, 201311 yr Congrats T! Looks great and wishing you consistent great putting and a lower putting average!
July 29, 201311 yr Looks nice, but wish they could make the it cleaner where the shaft meets the blade.
July 29, 201311 yr Looks nice, but wish they could make the it cleaner where the shaft meets the blade. Actually, its quite neat compared to what I have sen from some of the other indie putter guys.
July 29, 201311 yr Imo, For the price of these putters looks like a poor soldering job. LOL. You should opt for one piece milled then.
July 29, 201311 yr I actually prefer the welded neck and its original for sure. Owned a tour centershafted putter welded neck looks so sweet.
July 29, 201311 yr Author It's called welding not soldering.... and how else would the modify a putter and connect the neck? I'm sure glue would look a lot worse! (^_^) It's called the handmade look.
July 29, 201311 yr T You are correct it is welding and not soldering, soldering would be to weak to hold the shaft to the head. When you weld it involves melting the pieces to be joined together so that they are fused together as one once the molten metal in the welded joint cools and solidifies again. When you do that you are left with the finish that is in your pics. It gives it the putter a finished handmade look.
July 29, 201311 yr As a Cameron collector from way back.... a welded neck on certain models practically doubles the value.... especially those as clean as this one
July 29, 201311 yr Like that Gold's modified Sonoma Chris put up a few months ago...that weld is BEAUTIFUL. I believe the Sonoma's are stainless steel which makes it even harder. Forget about Titanium. I guess people who have seen welding before can appreciate the difficulty and skill it takes.
July 30, 201311 yr T ..,pls......... take it back and get some super glue and stick it on. you really need to improve that shoddy appearance. aparently what the ...??? perfect mate absolutely lovely. why no milling on this one ?
July 30, 201311 yr Why the hate fest for a dissenting opinion? If I said I prefer seemore dots to aid alignment instead of a sightline or a black pvd finish instead of satin I'd hope I wouldn't get flamed. Seems pretty childish.
July 30, 201311 yr No issue with personal preference, everyone has there own opinions, the poster most have been responding to is just mistaken on a few points.... He could say "I don't particularly like the look of the welded neck on this putter" and that would be an opinion, him saying "it looks like a poor soldering job" is misinformation, it's a welded neck first off, which has been stated, not soldered, and the quality of the weld is in NO way poor...

August 3, 201311 yr Author I took it into play during the week and going from a 2 ball to this was a bit of an adjustment but once I got used to it performed admirably. I am still undecided on the face. I purposely left it fine milled cause I can always mill it later (the benefit of a golds) and for me personally while the PZ Milling provides great roll and soft feel, for me its almost too soft, I like a bit more feedback... but I have some ideas and may be sending in my putter for more tweaking.
