Posted November 19, 201311 yr I have a one time pull (pulled professionally) TRPX Messenger 1st SX flex untipped & little over 44.25" Plays to 45.5" to around 45.75" depending on head. Shaft comes with a practically new Elite grip in pink. I was planning on using this for the S-013 head but decided to sell the head instead. November 20, 201311 yr nobu-san............ what are the specs on this. can it be tipped or butt cut to play 44.75 in yr opinion ? do u thnk it wud suit me , knowing i love the waccine + diamana X
November 20, 201311 yr Author Stew-san, I actually have not tried this myself but from what I have read and heard, this shaft is probably in similar category as the TJ46 but a bit more refined and forgiving. Best suited for 45.5" to 46" in my opinion. Light weight / Mid to High launching / Low spin shaft. I think the Waccine GR88 + Diamana X are different animals compared to this one. Perhaps a good shaft for those days where you feel very lazy and want to swing at about 50% of your normal SS but still want to land it on the fairway with decent distance. :)
November 20, 201311 yr ok ..., i didnt get on with the tj46 at all. hit it again last thurday night , not my stlye. not sure why i look at shafts really when im so sorted.
November 21, 201311 yr How does this SX flex compare to let's say Crazy or Quadra?? Interested to try but worried might not be able to handle a SX....
