I'm curious as to how the air pressure stays inside the driver, especially once it's pulled? Can someone enlighten me?

Similar to the Kamui Pro Nitro, the head is sealed off below the hosel in the main body minus per the main thread by Tario, where the big gold-screw is in the back (you don't want to unscrew that) but reshafting should be fine. The heads are pressurized before they are shafted (hence Kamui Works also sells head-only).
