Posted September 1, 201410 yr ive got a yamaha V4.6, still think this is the mack daddy of all yamaha heads regardless of its age. and ive got a diamana fubuki alpha that looks to be about 75 meters long, it was pulled from an egg7 seriously its massive iwanna put these together bec. well frnaky thsi set up is as good as anythng gets. i was plumbing for a heaver shaft but i might just tyr lighter/ tighter for a go if i tip this 1 inch what do you think will hapen to its properties. i tend to stay away for mtippiing as a generla rule but well 65 grams is too light nad flicky for me i think a tighter tipped one cud be real good thoughts??
September 1, 201410 yr I am a big fan of Fubuki shafts. I guess they match my swing. Prefer the K series to the Alpha, but like both. They play a little soft to flex, so you would likely need an x flex. I have the x flex in my driver and I think you would need something a little more stout than me. My driver ss is around 105 mph.
September 1, 201410 yr Author thanks. thats about what i am these days. if i tip it an inch it shud make it a lighter lower X in my mind. think ill give that a go
