I bought a bunch of stuff from a fellow forum member. Probably spent more on my first experience with this person than I should have but thought he had a stellar rep here. Finally got the items only to find a very pricey item missing from the box. Placed a few calls to him and several emails to no avail. Going to reserve judgement against this person for the next few hours and give him a chance to respond before I out him. As you can imagine I'm pretty pissed.

As a seller, on one occasion I forgot to include an item In a package of several purchases so I know first hand that mistakes happen. Give him a chance to make it right.

I am and that's why I didn't mention his name.

1 in 5 times there is a reasonable excuse. Let's hope this is the case.

Heard back from seller. Let's see what the outcome is as the excuse is total bs. Going to give it a week as I have waited long enough.

I think thats bullish!t. I think you knew very well that the shaft wasn't in the box and even said to me today that it was shipped separately which is the first time i have heard that from you. Lets leave it at as i have heard this isn't the first time with this happening as you say. Buyers are at a bit of a predicament with sending money to the seller with zero recourse on a forum.

Easy solution would be the ship me the shaft Monday and include the money that i paid him to have it put on my driver head along with the grip. Not sure how paying for all that and just getting a driver head back is fair to chalk it up as a honest mistake but hey what do i know.

I get it you feel upset with the situation, but this isn't the place to air out your issues. Hutchy is in deed a stand up guy and I have nothing but good things to say about him.

In Hutchys defense he just has too much bloody gear in his house. Honest mistake.

I don't think the turbulent history helps the situation any, but there is absolutely no way hutch would tarnish his rep by doing you wrong purposely. hutch is a stand up guy IMO, so I'd give him an honest pass if it were me.

perhaps there is something you guys can discuss to make things up for the mistake, but like everyone said, it doesn't need to be in front of all of us.

Too many of you are not familiar with the details of situation and not much of a turbulent past. It's not like we dated or something. i can appreciate people coming to someone's defense though.
