Stiff are:

125.5 gram, Balance point 50.7, Torque 1.5- you'll be looking at higher swing weights of around D6/5 or more. They are a great shaft. I've played them soft stepped x1. I've gone to NSP Orange, after playing SPBs, Modus 130s Stiff and Modus 120s X

Are there any comparisons between the NSPB and the KBS Tour?

KBS tour stiffs did NOT work for me. they created way too much spin and thus short, ballooning iron shots. the SPB stiffs are great shafts and cut the spin down more so than the KBS tours. however, i am now gaming the Modus 120 X and these really fit my game nicely. I think if i were to play SPB again i would tip them a tad to play in between S and X.

Not sure if you cross posted this on wrx, as a Nippon thread is gaining steam and appears to be the shaft to buy

ya i saw that. unfortunately you cant sell brand new shafts on their FS forums. the mods will take it down
