  1. 125 is very similar to DG profile. DP is the 120 prototype (same shaft) 2G18 is the 130 prototype (same shaft.) 125 on your chart would be between DP & 2G18 for flight & length & descent. C10 would be heavier than DP and lower & flatter. 2S14 would be even heavier than C10 and lower & flatter yet. E11 I believe is closer to a 2F15. I'm not sure your 2F15 decent is accurate. Unless you have an extremely strong tail wind.
  2. List on WRX for $275 OBO and put them as +2" or something, just don't list them as new. +1" will get 99% of the golfers attention as possible to cut down or soft-stepping availability.
  3. You really shoudl try a p9003x in your FWY. I am 6'3, 250 aggressive swinger and the p9003x's have been in the bag now for almost 18 months. Nothing will replace them as far as I am concerned. They took a Pro95 tour spec and a Roddio 80g Prototype out of my 3/5 woods. You should try the Graphite Design LDA throttle. Get the X flex and tip it 1/2 inch, it will beat the p9003 in your driver, much more forgiving of a shaft. I tried the p9003x in my driver last november and the ball just fell out of the sky at 245-255 yards, NO spin!
  4. Hi Everyone, I have two Diamana BlueBoards, both are Regular flex and both are 46" long. I will sell them for $85 shipped to CONUS each or pair them up for $160. I am not looking for trades at this time. I do have some HFS heads and access to older TM Tour gear if you want them paired with a head Pm me for what you're looking for. Really just looking to move these shafts so I can pick up something else. The cheapest I have seen these is $99 on eBay plus shipping, these are a steal! email will be fastest for communication, [email protected] These came from the TM Tour dept. but they look pretty stock to me, probably either LPGA tour issue or Champions tour issue. Thanks, Mark
  5. Got my answer elsewhere direct from Graphite Design. p9003x is low launch low spin and DI series is high launch low spin.
  6. Can anyone compare the new DI series to the p9003x? Launch and spin? I have 3 p9003x's in my woods but this new DI is generating some serious buzz out on tour. Had the RIP in play and was inpressed but want to try the DI series before I stay with either the p9003x or the RIP. Thanks!
  7. I hit the Z-TX today but the one I hit had face changing connnection ala R9, Nickent Revolver, etc. Club was ok, face felt nice on good shots. Distance wasn't the best, but the spin was off the charts with the whippy shaft they had in it.
  8. I have two of these in my 3 woods. I have a p9003-TX in a 13° T/S TM Tour Burner and a p9003-X in a 17.5° T5 Tour Burner. These shafts avoid any ballooning you might get with other shafts. The trajectory is low and flat. They are as long as any other shaft I have played. I would compare it to a Pro95 with much less spin. I get less sidespin than the VooDoo's shafts I had in the clubs before these. The TX is stout, but I can handle it with a 110mph SS. I like the softer shaft in the 5 wood as I'm not out for raw distance in T5. The 13° is all about distance so the TX works nicely! The shafts have a great feel to them, heavy and stiff but still smooth. If you have a chance to try or buy you should!
  9. When I zoom in all the way in the bottom most picture I can make out Bassara. Guess it's a Bassara, is it a new model?
  10. Anyone know what this is? A prominent Asian tour pro had it in play at the 2008 U.S. Open. (I think it is Katayama, but I'm not up to speed as all of you here on the JPGA/JDM.) Might be old news, but I still haven't seen another one, or heard anything about it. Again, I took these in early June, so it may be old news.
  11. I have an older M-85 X in a cleveland 2 iron proto. Perfect club for 220+ yard par 3's. I have a little trouble with it going just a tad left. Like 10 to 20 feet left, nothing major, not a hook. I think I need to experiement with a bigger grip and some lead tape on the toe.
  12. I heard a rumor he was using a tourstage copy of a G10.
  13. Aldila NV 85 is the number one on tour. Good doesn't always have to mean the most expensive. Just a thought
  14. I tested the prototypes and still have one in my 3 wood. I love the shaft in my 3wood, but the shaft I tried in my driver I hit it way too low. Had problems with it almost smothering the ball. I broke the first one they gave me, right at the tip, but it splintered on the interior wall.
  15. Does anyone have a picture of those Clevleand Forged Prototypes that were sold in Japan like 6 years ago? They were a combo set, had a funky wave in the cavities. Those looked awesome!
  16. All tourstage and bridgestone products with P###......... serial numbers are tour. They are sort of a double lettered font, creamy white in color. TOUR!!!
  17. I would like a straighter leading edge and much LESS space between the first groove and the edge. I like to pick my ball clean off short hard fairways. Need some grooves lower on the face or the ball with start sliding up the face too early. just my .02
  18. You're very welcome! That shaft was too much for me, I wanted to try it in a hybrid, but couldn't bring myself to tip trim it! I have witnessed that same shaft in a tour bridgestone head pop one out to the 340yard range. Very good shaft. You can bet your life you aren't getting the proto in my 3-wood. That shaft is with me to the grave!
  19. Hello everyone! I need to bankroll a road bike purchase, time to get in shape. I have a few shafts kicking around I never to around to trying. All prices are shipped and paypal'd. 1. Accuflex Tantrum PT NT Composite X-Flex, 44.5", tipped .5", but trimmed 1". This shaft came straight from the Ping Tour Van. It still has a portion of the Accuflex Freebie sticker on the but. These are long drive shafts. They are Accuflex's NanoTechnology Long Drive Shaft. Shaft has a really cool velvet feeling paint job. The shaft is listed on Accuflex website. ---> http://www.accuflexgolf.com/shafts/TantrumPT.asp I don't know much about it, retail is over $200. $75 OBO 2. UST Irod Fairway/Hybrid shaft X-Flex .350" Shaft is 43" I am not sure if it was ever installed, does not look like it. $35 3. Third up is a Tour Issued Harrion Striper 601 X-Flex 46". This shaft is also straight off the tour van. Shaft had player's nickname on the shaft, paint has been removed where name was, nothing wrong with the shaft structure integrity. (Paint removed from an area approx. 1/2" by 1/4".) Shaft has never been installed, tip prepping started, but only paint removal. No butt trimming. This is a brand new tour shaft, looking for $50 OBO 4. Graphite Design Tour-AD <M>-85-X. This shaft is 41", played in a Hybrid, .335" tip. Shaft has been tipped around 1". Plays nice and smooth. $40 5. Super Rare Daiwa Seiko Roddio Prototype, 83g, TX-Flex shaft. This is not for the faint of heart. This shaft is absolutely amazing. They retail here for $399 new and you cannot have it installed anywhere but an authorized dealer. This shaft is similar to the W-8WA Pentacross version. ---> http://www.tourspecgolf.com/catalog/product-info-1127.html This shaft says "RODDIO PROTOTYPE" and has an extremely rare graphite fiber fade to silver ion finish. This shaft will play to about 44.5" in a driver, or you can try it in a 3 wood or Hybrid. I was going to stick in a Hybrid and trim the butt, but I have decided to move it, I'm happy with my other Striper Tour for now. This shaft will CPM in the upper 280's lower 290's. SOLD PM or email me with any offers. I am not looking for trades.
  20. My 3 wood shaft is definetly for the hard - fast swingers. I put more torque on my shafts than anyone I know. (Not neccesarily a good thing) The other proto, the 80g, is a little in between. I think was originally for smoother swings, but it was tipped about an inch. Little harsh for a driver, that's why I want to trim it and stick it in a hybrid to try it out.
