Ian-500
I have a stiff flex on the way. Anyone tried one? What can I expect from it. Can you compare to a 1st generation Stinger or any 'ordinary' shafts like Diamana/Attas/GD etc. Thanks, Ian. Spoon
Also what is the diff between this and the bangvoo rombax 757?
+TourSpecGolfer
Its heavier, made of better materials 80T but imo it feels a bit numb so stronger players will be able to get more kick out of it than average speed swingers. good shaft for accuracy and getting spin down due to this 80T but for distance focus there are better options. Ian-500
Awesome shaft.
jimmieboi
One of my most favorite shaft. Very stable with a unique kick at impact. This is a controlles shaft. Mostly go dead straight. Feels heavy, hence making it stable. I think it's comparable to the Sigma series in Crazy line up.

Ian-500
I totally agree guys. This is definitely a control shaft, and it's what I was after. My search could be over. If you have no need for a distance shaft but struggle with dispersion, get one of these :)
Icestorm959
Is it better with dispersion than the Diamana Stinger? What head have you put it into?
Jeffrey Tan
Can you still get those Muziik Bangvoo 787?
jimmieboi
By "controlled" doesn't mean it goes short. IMO, a controlled shaft should feel heavy. By feeling heavy doesn't mean the total weight is heavy, just "feel" (swing weight) upon swing. It can be cut short and still doesn't make driver feels too light. Distance shaft, for example, the LY-01 Hot, feel not heavy (but not so light as the Royal Deco or TRPX Air). Light feeling shaft benefits in adding more swing speed (but can go wild). This Bangvoo shaft 787 goes quite far but still stable (I'd say it's very well balanced between distance vs control), I think you gonna need to play a flex softer or you'll need more effort playing this shaft. I put it on Kamui Ray FW 14* at 44 inch. It goes around 280yards off the deck. It's my mini-driver.
Spoon
And i have a bangvoo premium rombax by muzik, ehats the difference? Really confused
Jeffrey Tan
I notice the Premium stiff is 250cpm and the 787 260cpm.

I think it's slightly more controlled than the Stinger (1st gen), but that could also be down to the head its in. jBEAM 535. 10g weight on the toe to help me not go left!! And i have a bangvoo premium rombax by muzik, ehats the difference? Really confused From watching Chris' and Tatsuro's review of this shaft, Chris mentions that the 787 has 'Speeder' technology rather than 'Rombax' technology in the other Muziik Bangvoo Premuim shafts.. Ian-500
Quote from TSG shop - The 787 Bangvoo has lower torque and an overall stiffer profile than the Rombax Bangvoo Premium. I don't know the difference between Speeder tech and Rombax tech unfortunately.
