Posted August 25, 20159 yr Hi guys, Im done tipping all my shafts.. Where can I get ahold of a shaft extractor/puller in Europe? I do not want to spend top dollars.. Something cheap would do.. I got a workbench with a clamp.. Anything info is highly appriciated!

February 8, 20169 yr I picked up the Roberts puller off the bay recently and it has been serving me well. It's built a bit rough around the edges but is solid. However, if I had high $$$ shafts to pull I might still bring it to my builder. You can never go wrong with Mitchell equipment.

February 24, 20169 yr I'd go a Roberts also. I have a Roberts equivalent and have extracted (conservatively) 250 shafts with it. From cheap shafts all the way through to high end stuff. The Mitchell machine is no more fool proof than a Roberts, it has a lot to do with the operator. Use low heat and take your time = no broken shafts
February 24, 20169 yr spring loaded puller (Mitchell's), a mini torch so you can target just the right places (hosel) and a heat gun should just about handle any shaft pulling situation. operator error is definitely in play here, so yes I agree, take your time and be patient

April 10, 20168 yr You'll not go wrong with that one. Again as above its a little rough around the edges BUT it works... I went and picked mine up from his House!!!
