Aston55
Anyone have experience with this shaft? I just picked it up in the BST and was wondering if any of you have tried it. I'm a high ball hitter and shafts that fly low work well for me. Most shafts produce too much spin for me. I like to play push draws and rarely play a cut. Recently I tried a TRPX Aura SX and it was a bit too tip active for me. Currenlty playing Kuro Kage proto tini and xt shafts. Thoughts? I'm going to order the 7D after trying this shaft. Ian-500
Had some of my longest drives with the CB-50, but not the tightest dispersion. Mid to high ball flight. Tested it against a Stinger and the Stinger won. FYI, I was fitted for a KK Proto TiNi 60x about a year ago. Great shaft but I never got round to buying one :( Edited September 16, 2015 by Ian-

I got it in a 7.4, which should hopefully be plenty stiff for me. I'm hoping that flex will help with the dispersion
Ian-500
I think the shaft you've bought was my old one, so there's your answer :)

Mjr. D
One of the best shafts I've played. Stable, long, mid-low flight, low spin. At the time it and the P9003 were the two best shafts I had tried. Probably been surpassed now but not by much.

supo
original black 50 with red lettering ? thast he best shaft crazy did for a stronger driver IMO. beat everything else i tried . i had one on a jbeam 425 tour. i still rate that as my worst sell of all time. u might want ot look at the diaman X. thats bette still. the p9003x as MJD says is STLL the abolsute nuts. but might fly a bit high for a high ball hitter, the diamana X., WONT
Aston55
oh man, I just got the CB 50 black (white letters) 7.4 and wow this shaft is awesome. Super stable and low trajectory. One of my best driving rounds of the season. Missed only one fairway but still in the first cut rough. Can't believe its kicking my gamer Kuro Kage proto out of the bag! I'm now curious to try other crazy shafts as this was my first. I like this shaft so much more than the TRPX Aura shaft I recently tried. Aura seems to be too soft tipped for my liking. Chris - any thoughts on the new crazy shafts that may perform similar to CB50 black?
