Another Fine Set of Yoros!

Time for another beautiful set of Yoro Craft Irons this time it's the new MP-5's fully tricked out with custom grinds, finish and stamping.

We asked the team Mizuno's Yoro Craft Dept to add a W Grind to the sole which is one of the most and versatile grinds for the better players anywhere, the toe was hand ground sharper and the top line straighter for a more angular and edgy appearance, the offset was reduced , finish changed to double nickel satin, markings on hosel removed and custom stamping and text deletion so no where on this head does it actually say MP-5 on it. Like it? Tons of pics after the Jump....

This set used for photos is available and in stock so please contact [email protected] as we only have 1 and anything custom ordered is carrying a 6 week lead time due to the Holiday Season where as these can ship in 1-2 days.

MP-5 4-PW

- W-Grind

- Grind sharper toe and straight top line

+0.5mm Face Progression (less offset)

- Remove "Grain flow Forged"

- Dark blue (Mizuno blue) paintfill for logos

- 5-A Stamping

- Double Nickel Satin

- Nothing on Hosel

- Modus 120 Stiff

-D2

( ** Remember that TSG Purchased Yoro's have the option to be sent back to Mizuno Factory and refinished at a fair price ** )

OK, I really need to know why everyone removes the "grain flow forged" on their custom Mizuno's. It seems just about every set of Yoro's that are displayed have this done. This is "supposedly" one of Mizuno's big selling points, whether it's the US (especially in the US) or Japan. I'm always seeing Mizuno talk about this "special" process and how great it is! Mind you, I L-O-V-E Mizuno's stuff. I've been hitting some of their gear recently and will be putting money towards a set of MP-25's. Yay! :atsg_smilie_mizuno:

I'm just confused on why everyone removes this feature if it's one of Mizuno's big technology features. Hope I said that right. Oh yeah, I'm back....again. I'm sticking with golf this time, though. Bowling has messed my shoulder and elbow up too much. Doesn't hurt when I golf, though...go figure.

Without being 100% sure, if you remove the "grain flow forged" they replace it with the "2010C" stamp which is what the pros have. And who does'nt want what the pros have? :) I bought a used set of yoros that have grain flow left and while I like its uniqueness, the 2010C stamp is way cooler.
