They don't make many of these because it's a hard swingers shaft. Made of Zylon no idea what that translates into in the real world but it's a slightly heavier 67g range tip stiff shaft that feels better than the Aura imo. Aura feels a bit invisible yet light and tight, this one has more heft to it and feels more kicky.

I suggest for faster more aggressive tempo, someone with a hook as a bad shot.

my bad shof is a hook, lol. semi-aggressive but nowhere near hardhitter territory, avg speed is low 100ish

Hmmm. Isn't zylon the stuff used by Matrix back on 07/08 in there Ozik Proto Altus and f6/7m2 wood shafts. Seems like old tech??

Kinda depends what they did with it though? The base material itself I wouldn't call old-tech. That would make every graphite shaft in the world low-tech right? ☺

I'm not sure. That is what I'm wondering. What did they do with the zylon? I just haven't really heard of it being used since back then by Ozik. Those where great shafts with great feel(I thought that is what the zylon was used for back then- the feel) but the dispersion wasn't the best(at least in the Altus proto for me). Anyway I would like to know exactly what the story is in these.. Any insight Chris?

I agree with Vega, Zylon is a material not a technology so apples and oranges.

Zylon, Boron, doesnt matter its the design, how and who its made by even how much of something they use or who supplied that material etc..

I just wish TRPX would provide the info for us maniacs, Japanese brands heck most shaft brands dont provide enough info to help the player know what shaft to select in their extensive selections.

TRPX Aura is a step softer and lighter.

TRPX X-Line and X-Line 75 "heavy" is also another fast swinger aggressive style shaft.

this goes back to my point there are 3-4 players shafts in the line up with little to explain the difference other than a few clues and the weight.

I still sport the Matrix f7m2 LTD with full length zylon in my 3-wood. Never have I hit a shaft that is so tight yet feels so good. It is in strong flex but feels so much softer. I think I will have to give the Eldorado a go if anyone can give a review about feel and performance. Would be great to have it tested vs a Matrix TP or f7m2.
