NickLim
So i just purchased a set of Yoro Double Nickel satin and after one round, i noticed small blemishes on the iron heads. They look like scuff marks on the head. They can be found on the muscle pad (MP5), hosel etc. I have a set of Yoro MP 4s in Chrome satin and have never seen this on them before. Now, i'm not a princess when it comes to my iron, but just wondering if this is because of the double nickel satin finish... I use a push cart, and transport my clubs to and from car with headcovers. I don't use the headcovers when i play, but the clubs don't chatter that much or at all since i use a push cart. As well, im wondering if they are water stains as nickel satin is prone to them... If anyone has the double nickel satin finish, i would love to hear. Outside of that, the irons are awesome!!
nobmontana
not sure if ths is the same issue, but I had a set of twilight finished Yoro wedges and after a few range sessions the dark top coating on the sole would start chipping like paint. not sure if its the nature of these finishes or just bad couple of pieces . robbie
i have both the twilight finish and the double nickel satin.....ill take some pics later but i did not experience any of these issues....the double nickel however will show brush makes that resemble light scuffs but it is the nature of the finish and u can buff it out anytime u please, as for the twilight finish...i have not looked at the sole too closely but i remember it looked normal......the twilight is probably the least durable in terms of face and sole wear
+TourSpecGolfer
I've noticed this before, not the chipping of a finish and if any of you guys have actual flaking and its a set purchased from TSG please get in touch as Miznuo needs to correct this but the double nickel satin gets these scratchy things on it, I've used 3M polishing compound to fix it, even scratch away or brasso has worked if used lightly.
