Posted March 5, 20168 yr comment_254404 can someone give me shaft characteristics of a Crazy shaft, model is S- 531b prototype Stiff flex. research here shows initial product writeup is that it will handle quicker, faster swings and offers penetrating flight, while other posts say it plays fairly soft with a softer tip. any other clarification you can help? ss is up to 100 with moderate acceleration and release.
March 5, 20168 yr comment_254426 Before Royal Deco and Prototype lines Crazy played stiff to flex. The S-531b Proto stiff is MUCH softer than the corresponding original. 6.9 - "stiff" arround 25 cpm! Stiff but and tip soft, mid launch with a lot of roll. It's more a distance kind of shaft.

March 10, 20168 yr comment_254619 This Proto is the prototype of the royal decoration which is why it plays soft. Most Crazy shafts play to flex or stiffer it just depends on the shaft profile you select.
