April 18, 20168 yr Author Some nice welding right there. Looks very nice. What is the shaft Chris It's a Teramoto Shaft.
April 18, 20168 yr Never heard of a teramota shaft, whats the specs on the shaft and how do they feel..
April 18, 20168 yr Author Teramoto does shaft finishing, it's 100 bucks a shaft in black, too expensive but very nice quality. Teramoto putter shaft is good, I have only hit it with VM Tech inserts so I can't say how they feel alone.
April 18, 20168 yr Which shaft does teramoto use to apply the black finish? Can this be done to say a Nippon Heavy Putter shaft?
April 19, 20168 yr Author Teramoto has their own shafts AND they can also refinish other brands shafts. The standard putter shaft is available in heavy weights like 120/130/140g weights.
April 19, 20168 yr what is the gold neck/hosel piece? part of the Teramoto shaft package or something separate for flare? Edited April 19, 20168 yr by needmoregolf
April 19, 20168 yr Author sigh, would be perfect sans sight line and just the site dot. I play no sight line or dot myself but just about everyone requests a sight line. imo its not necessary.
April 21, 20168 yr I play no sight line or dot myself but just about everyone requests a sight line. imo its not necessary. Am also with that school of thought, its all about the feel for me.
April 24, 20168 yr Chris, Do not mean to jack your thread, but with regards to Teramoto, I checked out the website and they show some iron shafts from a company called Samurai Shaft, so I checked out the link, but do you have any/all info about them? they are steel I assume, made to exact tolerances? http://www.samurai-golf.jp/ under the iron tab, they have a tour shaft...
