Posted May 5, 20195 yr Been putting exclusively with my Benock Blue Dragon II for about 3 months now, and so it was time to try something different. Picked up a 2016 JDM version Odyssey Stroke Lab #7 this time. The newer Stroke Lab i which I tried had the micro hinge insert like the O Works, but this 2016 version was a non-insert face made of some stainless steel. Like all Stroke Lab series it features heavier head and lighter shaft with a heavier grip. I've gamed it for two rounds now and so far I am loving it. Cant remember the last time I've made so many 5 to 6 ft putts!! After playing the Benock for a while now, I guess any type of polymer insert just feels a bit too jumpy for me. So this solid feel of the stainless feel face is very familiar and easier to get the distance right. We'll see if it continues to perform!!
May 5, 20195 yr steel is so much btter than than that plastic goo. you cant.feel.the ball on the face awful stuff. its steel or.death!
